Serving with Seva,
Giving with Grace

Sikh Community Organization

Dasvandh Ghar collects donations from the Sangat and channels them to support poor Sikh families and those who dedicate their lives to serving in Gurdwaras.

Rooted in Faith,
Driven by Service

Dasvandh Ghar is a community organization dedicated to the Sikh principle of dasvandh — giving one tenth of one's earnings in service to others. We collect donations from the Sangat and ensure they reach Sikh families in need, including those who serve selflessly in Gurdwaras.

We do not run or manage any Gurdwara. We are a bridge — connecting the generosity of the community to those who need it most.

Who We Are

"Vand chhako, kirat karo, naam japo." — Share with others, work honestly, meditate on the Divine Name.

— Guru Nanak Dev Ji

How We Serve the Community

Our Work

Every contribution made to Dasvandh Ghar is directed toward meaningful, on-ground impact.

Collecting Donations

We receive donations from the Sangat with full transparency — every contribution is recorded and directed entirely toward community service.

Supporting Gurdwara Sewadars

We support the individuals and families who dedicate their time to seva in Gurdwaras — helping those who serve others but may themselves be in need.

Supporting Sikh Families

We identify poor Sikh families facing hardship and provide them with food, essentials, and financial assistance with dignity and care.
